I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist ( CSAT ) and a licensed counselor in the state of Oregon.  I trained with Dr. Patrick Carnes, Ph. D to receive my CSAT certification. Dr. Carnes is our field's pioneer.

I believe in each person's ability, to find within themselves, the resources needed to confront destructive behavior patterns that block personal growth and development. I guide using holistic approaches and use many modalities which include Guided Imagery, Art Therapy, Psychodrama  and EFT and EMI.( see next page)

 

Coupled with support systems, I will help clients recognize self-delusion and understand addictive behavior.

 

I will help clients respond to crisis and change and to manage the physical  and emotional impact of their addiction/co-addiction.

 

For all clients, I will help them deepen their recovery for a profound life change.
